Everyone wants to be revived and awakened, and the fruit of this results in the form of saved and transformed people. in the life of which the victorious Christ is manifested.
Though what separates naive or theoretical Christians from the real servants of God? It is the awareness that revival is understood as the expansion of the Kingdom of God in the visible world. This requires the emergence of suitable vessels, in the form of strong local churches. In fact, strong churches raised on God’s foundations, respecting God’s principles, are able to do God’s work in their nation. Weak churches will not do any work, and will fall apart in the fire of adversity and struggle. There are several qualities that describe a strong church that establishes the Kingdom of God.
First, these types of churches are able to arouse people who will become the real disciples of Christ. These are disciples who will follow Christ not only when it is easy, but always. Also when it is hard, and when it comes from a natural perspective does not give up.Why is discipleship important? Only people who are disciples can further spread the Kingdom of God. A local church that can not raise up disciples, does not really understand its purpose. It will be ineffective in its actions. After a while, it will simply die. It will gather people whose lives are not marked by the Kingdom of God.
Second, a strong church will preach a ‘true message.’ It will not adjust to the circumstances or what is happening around, but will preach the truth of God’s Word. A strong local church will move in the truth of God, not stopping at the gospel of salvation, but also fully functioning in the gospel of the Kingdom of God.
The church whose message is adapted to the surrounding climate, into the atmosphere of the country or region, will be like weathered salt. It does not suit anything. There is no power or penetration in the spiritual world.
In conclusion, observing the Christian world, there are a multitude of initiatives and actions. Sadly I can say, that very often it is more like clouds without rain. It does not bring any real results. I pray that Christians stop wasting time wasting moments, and take care of the ‘real things.’ Only real things give true fruit.
