Mission – Pakistan
Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me

MISSION IN PAKISTAN
In 2019 a church led by pastor Erik in Pakistan became a part of the Church of Glory. Our vision is to raise there a strong apostolic center that would equip believers for a life full of victories and be an answer for the nation. At present, we help supply for the believers’ current material needs. Pastor Erik leads a church and a school for children in Eastern Pakistan. He also tenaciously reaches different parts of his country with the gospel. He brings help, both spiritual and material, to the poor and children, and supports families who lost jobs due to the pandemic. Pastor Erik’s greatest dream is the advancement of the Kingdom of God in Pakistan.

Pakistan is an Islamic country, where Christians constitute only 1.59% of the population. Though officially the Pakistani believers have the freedom of religion, they are still treated as second-class citizens. They face discrimination at schools, universities and workplaces. And sometimes outright persecutions and acts of violence happen, too.
The situation of young Christian girls is especially dramatic. Because of their faith they are kidnapped, beaten, raped and forced to convert to Islam. Human rights organizations as well as leaders of churches have repeatedly intervened on their behalf.

Pastor Erik’s church is located in a poor area. The people’s average income is very low. In order to sustain themselves some of them take to drug dealership. Many people can’t afford the education of their own kids. Free education has been available solely at missionary schools, but a few years ago the only school in the region had got closed. God moved the heart of pastor Erik, and he reopened it. Now, the children learn there not only how to read, write and count, but they also study the Word of God, and get prepared to live in the fullness of God’s Kingdom.

How can You help?
Different people – one aim
Pakistan is divided into four provinces. Christians live across the country in many cities, towns and villages. Numerous communities are hardly accessible. The most urgent needs for the work of evangelism are Bibles in the Urdu language, and funds for evangelistic crusades, equipment and sound system.
We strongly encourage you to practically support the mission work of the Church of Glory in Pakistan. Together we can make a great difference!

You may support the project financially by making a donation of any amount to the account of the Church of Glory. Even the smallest amount is important. Your offering has a real impact on the future of the children, their education, and everyday life of Christians in the Pakistani community.
