Regulations for accepting donations
by the Church of Glory

                                     § 1 General provisions


Church of Glory based in Warsaw, code 02-269, ul. Skibicka 5, KRS number: 0000206352, NIP: 5252285298 (hereinafter referred to as the "Church") may accept donations from natural persons and legal entities.

1. Donations to the Church can be made in the form of financial contributions and donations in kind.
2. All payments and donations in kind are voluntary and constitute a donation within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code.
3. Donations made are non-refundable.


                                      § 2 Cash donations

1. Donations in the form of cash can be made in the following way:

a) online transfer via the external PayU payment system operated by PayU S.A. based in Poznań, code 60-166, ul. Grunwaldzka 186,
b) online transfer via the external online payment system PayPal available at: https://paypal.com/, operated by PayPal (Europe) S. a r.l. et cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal”). The donor makes a one-time payment or sets up the option of recurring donations (to do this, he logs in to his PayPal account or provides his card details). The transaction is subject to a fee in accordance with the provisions posted on the PayPal website: https://www.paypal.com/pl/webapps/mpp/charity

c) by bank transfer made to the bank account of the Church of Glory,

d) in cash at the cash register of the Church of Glory.

• If you make a donation by bank transfer to the Church's account, the transfer title should include "Donation for religious purposes" or "Donation for statutory purposes" depending on the nature of the donation.


                                      § 3 Donations in kind

1. The intention to make a donation in kind to the Church of Glory should be reported in writing (also in the form of an e-mail to the following address: office@kosciolchwaly.pl).

2. The transfer of a donation should be confirmed by concluding a donation agreement between the Church and the Donor in accordance with the subject of the donation.

3. The pastor of the Church of Glory or persons authorized by him are authorized to collect the donation in kind.

4. The date and place of the donation and the terms of transport will be agreed each time between the Church and the Donor.

5. The donor is obliged to provide the value of the donated items. If the donor does not provide the value, it is determined by a person authorized to receive the donation according to prices established on the basis of publicly available data.

6. The Church may refuse to accept a donation if the donated items are damaged, unsightly, unfit for use or useless from the point of view of statutory purposes. In this situation, the donor is obliged to collect the donated item.

                     § 4 Statutory Objectives of the Church

1. Donations made will be allocated to the statutory activities of the Church.

 2. Pursuant to § 6 and 7 of the Church's statute, the statutory goals are:

1. Shaping awareness and social attitudes consistent with the Judeo-Christian worldview, based on the values arising from the Word of God, in particular through:
1. preaching the Word of God;
2. joint celebration of religious worship;
3. missionary and evangelization activities;
4. teaching and promoting the content of the Holy Scripture.

2. The Church pursues its goals through:
1) defining the religious doctrine, principles of faith and ways of practicing it;
2) organizing and public celebration of religious worship;
3) training and employment of pastors and leaders;
4) implementing sacral and church investments;
5) acquisition, possession and disposal of movable and immovable property and its management;
6) religious education;
7) conducting publishing activities;
8) conducting educational and pedagogical activities;
9) conducting charity and care activities;
10) establishing and running training centers;
11) providing pastoral services in the army, educational and care facilities, hospitals, sanatoriums, preventoria, colonies and camps organized by state institutions, in prisons, correctional facilities and pretrial detention centers, social adaptation centers and shelters for minors.
12) developing contacts and cooperation between societies.

                             § 5 Personal Data Administrator

1. The administrator of personal data provided in the registration form is the Church, hereinafter referred to as: "Administrator".

3. By making a donation, the Donor accepts these Regulations and consents to the processing of his personal data by the Data Administrator.

4. The donor provides personal data voluntarily and declares that they are true.

5. The legal basis for the processing of the Donor's data is consent, which is granted as a result of making Donation and which is necessary for the processing of the Donor's data.

6. The Donor's personal data are processed solely for purposes related to the acceptance and accounting of the Donation.

7. Providing personal data is not obligatory, however, failure to provide them will make it impossible to make a Donation.

8. Donor's data will be stored no longer than necessary, i.e. for the period necessary to accept and settle the accounts of the donation.

9. The Donor has the right to request from the Administrator access to his/her data, rectification, transfer and deletion, as well as the right to limit data processing.

10. The recipient of the data provided by the Donor is the Church. Your data may be transferred to entities providing IT, accounting and legal services to the Church, as well as in cases provided for by law, e.g. at the request of courts, law enforcement agencies or state institutions. The data provided will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area, will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.

                                      § 6 Final provisions

1. These regulations are valid from January 1, 2023.

2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. Disputes are resolved by the court having local and material jurisdiction over the Donee.

3. The Church reserves the right to change these regulations at any time for important reasons.

4. Changes are binding for users upon their publication on the website.
